Terms of Service

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase.
• You agree to provide accurate, current information at checkout — including your name, email, and shipping address — so orders can be fulfilled and tracked.
• You may not use the Store for unlawful purposes, to commit fraud, to scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, or to interfere with its operation or other users.
• Product images, descriptions, pricing, branding, and site content are our property or licensed to us and may not be reused without permission.
• We may suspend or refuse service to anyone who violates these Terms.

Product information. We work to keep product descriptions, images, prices, and stock indicators accurate, but they are provided "as is" and may occasionally contain errors. We may correct errors and cancel affected orders, with a full refund, if a pricing or listing mistake occurs.

Dropshipping model. Products are sourced from and shipped directly by independent manufacturers and suppliers (including AliExpress and Alibaba suppliers). Estimated delivery is typically 7–15 business days after dispatch; tracking is provided once your order ships.

Orders & payment. An order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when payment is confirmed via Stripe and the order is placed with the supplier. Prices are shown in USD; applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never store your card details.

Availability. Inventory shown reflects supplier allocations and is not a guarantee of availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Shipping. Orders ship directly from the supplier to your address. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier delivery to the address provided. You are responsible for providing a correct, complete address.

Returns. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. A prepaid return shipping label ($7.99) is charged at the time of the return request. Digital goods, perishables, and items marked final sale are non-returnable.

Refunds. Once a returned item is received and passes inspection, the refund is issued to your original payment method via Stripe; please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear. Approved refunds cover the returned items' purchase price; the return label fee is non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong items. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we will replace or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Our products may also be listed on third-party marketplaces such as eBay, TikTok Shop, and Amazon, and our site links to supplier storefronts on AliExpress and Alibaba.

• Purchases made on a third-party marketplace are governed by that marketplace's own terms, buyer-protection policies, and privacy policy, in addition to these Terms where applicable.
• Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and transparency (for example, to show the original manufacturer). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites.
• Payment processing is provided by Stripe; your use of Stripe's services is subject to Stripe's terms (stripe.com/legal).

The Store and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrendDrop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the Store or products purchased. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our AI support assistant provides automated answers based on store policies and your order data. While we aim for accuracy, automated responses may occasionally be incomplete — unresolved questions are escalated to our team. By placing an order you consent to receive transactional emails (order, shipping, return, and refund updates). Marketing emails are opt-in only and can be unsubscribed at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance.
